  Mr. HARKIN. Mr. President, I wish to announce that the Commitee on 
Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions will meet in open session on 
Thursday, November 15, 2012, at 9:45 a.m. in room SD-106 of the Dirksen 
Senate Office Building to conduct a hearing entitled ``Pharmacy 
Compounding: Implications of the 2012 Meningitis Outbreak.''
