                         STEM JOBS ACT OF 2012

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the 
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 6429) to amend the 
Immigration and Nationality Act to promote innovation, investment, and 
research in the United States, to eliminate the diversity immigrant 
program, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were 
ordered.
