  REQUIRING TSA TO COMPLY WITH THE UNIFORMED SERVICES EMPLOYMENT AND 
                        REEMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ACT

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Commerce 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 3670, and 
the Senate proceed to its consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk 
will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 3670) to require the Transportation Security 
     Administration to comply with the Uniformed Service 
     Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
