  Mr. GOHMERT. Mr. Speaker, I have a parliamentary inquiry.

inquiry.
  Mr. GOHMERT. Isn't this the point at which Speaker Pelosi 4 years ago 
turned off the lights and microphones and wouldn't let us make 
speeches? I'm just curious.
