            MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THE 1972 ISRAELI OLYMPIANS

minute and to revise and extend her remarks.)
  Mrs. LOWEY. Mr. Speaker, I will use my time to observe a minute of 
silence for the Munich 11 who lost their lives at the 1972 Olympic 
Games.
