  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, today the majority leader filed 
cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 3414, the Cybersecurity Act of 
2012. If no agreement otherwise is reached, that vote would be on 
Friday. However, we hope to reach an agreement to hold that vote 
tomorrow.
