MAKING IN ORDER CONSIDERATION OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 134,
CONDEMNING THE ATROCITIES THAT OCCURRED IN AURORA, COLORADO
Ms. FOXX. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that it be in order at
any time to consider House Concurrent Resolution 134 in the House; that
the concurrent resolution be considered as read; and that the previous
question be considered as ordered on the concurrent resolution and
preamble to adoption without intervening motion or demand for division
of the question except 30 minutes of debate equally divided and
controlled by Representative Coffman of Colorado and Representative
Perlmutter of Colorado or their respective designees.
