AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO MAKE CORRECTIONS IN ENGROSSMENT OF H.R. 5856, 
             DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2013

  Mr. ROSKAM. I ask unanimous consent that in the engrossment of H.R. 
5856, the Clerk be permitted to make technical and conforming changes, 
including numerical changes, in the amendment offered by the gentleman 
from Minnesota (Mr. Walz).
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the
