The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bill by title for the
first time.
The assistant bill clerk read as follows:

to temporarily extend tax relief provisions enacted in 2001
and 2003, to provide for temporary alternative minimum tax
relief, to extend increased expensing limitations, and to
     provide instructions for tax reform.

Mr. REID. Mr. President, I now ask for a second reading but object to
my own request.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the bill will
receive a second reading on the next legislative day.
