                   ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, JULY 17, 2012

  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. I ask unanimous consent that at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 
17, the motion to proceed to the motion to reconsider the vote by which 
cloture was not invoked on the motion to proceed to S. 3369 be agreed 
to; that the motion to reconsider be agreed to; and the Senate proceed 
to the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S. 3369, the DISCLOSE 
Act, upon reconsideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. WHITEHOUSE. I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 
17; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be 
approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, and the time for 
the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that the 
majority leader be recognized and the time until 12:30 p.m. be equally 
divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with 
the Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes and the majority 
controlling the second 30 minutes; and that the Senate recess from 
12:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings; 
finally, that the time from 2:15 until 3 p.m. be equally divided and 
controlled between the two leaders or their designees.
