  Mr. REID. Mr. President, the first vote will be at noon tomorrow on 
the confirmation of the Fowkles nomination to be a Federal district 
court judge.
  There will be an additional rollcall vote at 2:25 p.m. tomorrow, or 
thereabouts, on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed 
to the Small Business Jobs and Tax Relief Act.
