ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER ACT AMENDMENT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 4367) to amend the
Electronic Fund Transfer Act to limit the fee disclosure requirement
for an automatic teller machine to the screen of that machine, on which
the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

gentleman from Missouri (Mr. Luetkemeyer) that the House suspend the
rules and pass the bill.
