MAKING TECHNICAL CORRECTION IN PUBLIC LAW 112 108
Mr. COLE. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on
Oversight and Government Reform be discharged from further
consideration of the bill (H.R. 5883) to make a technical correction in
Public Law 112 108, and ask for its immediate consideration in the
House.

H.R. 5883
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTION.
(a) In General.--Public Law 112 108 is amended by striking
``115 4th'' and inserting ``208 1st''.
(b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a)
shall take effect as if included in the enactment of Public
Law 112 108.
The bill was ordered to be engrossed and read a third time, was read
the third time, and passed, and a motion to reconsider was laid on the
table.
