  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. It is the majority leader's intention to resume 
consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3220, the Paycheck 
Fairness Act, when the Senate convenes tomorrow. At 2:15 there will be 
a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to the paycheck fairness bill.
