           JOHN F. KENNEDY CENTER REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 2012

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to the immediate consideration of H.R. 4097.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4097) to amend the John F. Kennedy Center Act 
     to authorize appropriations for the John F. Kennedy Center 
     for the Performing Arts, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I further ask that the bill be read three 
times and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table, with 
no intervening action or debate, and that any statements be printed in 
the Record.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
