                    ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, MAY 22, 2012

  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when 
the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 am on 
Tuesday, May 22; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and that the majority leader be recognized; that the first hour 
following the remarks of the majority leader and Republican leader be 
equally divided and controlled between the two sides, with the majority 
controlling the first half and the Republicans controlling the second 
half; further, that the Senate recess from 12:30 until 2:15 p.m. to 
allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
