EXPRESSING SENSE OF HOUSE REGARDING IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTING IRAN FROM
ACQUIRING A NUCLEAR WEAPONS CAPABILITY
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution (H. Res. 568)
expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding the
importance of preventing the Government of Iran from acquiring a
nuclear weapons capability, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the resolution.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Ros-Lehtinen) that the House suspend the
rules and agree to the resolution, as amended.
This will be a 5-minute vote.
