                                PROGRAM

  Ms. STABENOW. Mr. President, it is the majority leader's intention to 
resume the motion to proceed to S. 2343, the Stop the Student Loan 
Interest Rate Hike Act, upon convening tomorrow. We expect to equally 
divide the first hour, with the Republicans controlling the first 30 
minutes and the majority controlling the second 30 minutes.
