                  ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, APRIL 26, 2012

  Mr. REED. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until Thursday, April 26, at 
9:30 a.m.; that following the prayer and the pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that the Senate resume consideration of S. 1925, the Violence 
Against Women Reauthorization Act, under the previous order; that after 
the remarks of the two leaders, the time until 11:30 a.m. be equally 
divided and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with 
the Republicans controlling the first 45 minutes and the majority 
controlling the second 45 minutes; and that at 11:30 a.m. the Senate 
proceed to executive session under the previous order; further, that 
when the Senate resumes legislative session, the majority leader will 
be recognized.
