                                 ORDERS

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until Wednesday, April 25, at 
9:30 a.m.; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to 
S. 1925, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act; and that 
following the remarks of the two leaders, the time until 2 p.m. be 
equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their 
designees, with the Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes and 
the majority controlling the final 30 minutes; further, that the 
Republicans control the time from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and the 
majority control time from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and that at 2 p.m. 
the Senate resume consideration of S. 1789, the postal reform bill.
