  Mr. REID. Mr. President, there will be two rollcall votes then, on 
Monday, April 16. The first vote will be on Judge-to-be Thacker, we 
hope--that will be the fourth circuit--and the second vote will be a 
cloture vote on the motion to proceed to the tax measure that is on the 
calendar.
