  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Commerce 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of and the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of Presidential nominations 1134, 1135, 
1136, 1137, and 1312; that the nominations be confirmed, the motions to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, there be no 
intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in order to 
the nominations; that any related statements be printed in the Record 
and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
