                  ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 28, 2012

  Ms. LANDRIEU. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until Wednesday, March 
28, at 10 a.m.; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of the motion to proceed to S. 2230, the Paying A Fair Share Act, with 
the first hour equally divided and controlled between the two leaders 
or their designees, with Republicans controlling the first 30 minutes 
and the majority controlling the second 30 minutes; and that at 5 p.m., 
the Senate proceed to executive session under the previous order; 
further, that the filing deadline for the first-degree amendments to S. 
2204, the Repeal Big Oil Tax Subsidies Act, be 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
