ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, MARCH 27, 2012
Mr. DURBIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until Tuesday, March
27, at 10 a.m.; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of
proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired,
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of
morning business for 1 hour, with Senators permitted to speak therein
for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided and controlled
between the two leaders or their designees, with the Republicans
controlling the first half and the majority controlling the final half;
that following morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the
motion to proceed to Calendar No. 337, S. 2204, the Repeal Big Oil Tax
Subsidies Act postcloture; and that all time during adjournment,
recess, and morning business count postcloture on the motion to proceed
to S. 2204; and finally that at 12:30 p.m. the Senate recess subject to
the call of the Chair to

accommodate the weekly caucus meetings and the official photograph of
the 112th Congress.
