                   ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MARCH 26, 2012

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until Monday, March 26, at 2 
p.m.; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings 
be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, and the time 
for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that 
following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning 
business until 4:30 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for 
up to 10 minutes each; that following morning business the Senate 
resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar No. 337, S. 
2204, the Repeal Big Oil Tax Subsidies Act, with the time until 5:30 
p.m. equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or 
designees; further, that the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to 
S. 2204 be at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, and that if cloture is not invoked, 
there be 2 minutes of debate, equally divided in the usual form, prior 
to the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S. 1789.
