       21ST CENTURY POSTAL SERVICE ACT OF 2011--MOTION TO PROCEED

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I move to proceed to calendar No. 296, S. 
1789.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.

     United States Postal Service.

       We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the 
     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     hereby move to bring to a close the debate on the motion to 
     proceed to Calendar No. 296, S. 1789, the 21st Century Postal 
     Service Act.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, this is an extremely important bill, the 
postal reform legislation, that we have been waiting to get to for a 
long time.

waived.
