PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 5, PROTECTING ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE
ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on
ordering the previous question on the resolution (H. Res. 591)
providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 5) to improve patient
access to health care services and provide improved medical care by
reducing the excessive burden the liability system places on the health
care delivery system, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
