                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following any leader remarks the Senate will 
be in morning business until 4:30 this afternoon. The filing deadline 
for all first-degree amendments to the substitute amendment to H.R. 
3606 is 4 o'clock this afternoon.
  Following morning business, the Senate will begin consideration of 
H.R. 3606, the capital formation/IPO bill.
  There will be no votes today. We will have a couple of votes in the 
morning.
