HALE SCOUTS ACT
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Agriculture
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 473.

A bill (H.R. 473) to provide for the conveyance of
approximately 140 acres of land in the Ouachita National
Forest in Oklahoma to the Indian Nations Council, Inc., of
the Boy Scouts of America, and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

read a third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the
table, with no intervening action or debate, and that any related
