EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS
Mr. BENNET. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the period
for morning business be extended until 7 p.m., with the time equally
divided between the two leaders or their designees, with Senators
permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each.
