                                PROGRAM

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, as I indicated, following morning business 
the Senate will resume consideration of the surface transportation 
bill. As previously announced, there will be no rollcall votes on 
Monday. Senators should expect several votes Tuesday morning, going 
into the afternoon or evening, to complete action on that bill.
