FEDERAL RESTRICTED BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2011
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
concur in the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 347) to correct and
simplify the drafting of section 1752 (relating to restricted buildings
or grounds) of title 18, United States Code, on which the yeas and nays
were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Texas (Mr. Smith) that the House suspend the rules and
concur in the Senate amendment.

So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the Senate amendment was concurred in.

rollcall vote of the day.
Had I been present I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall vote No.
73, on the Motion to Concur in the Senate Amendment to H.R. 347--
Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011.
Mr. FILNER. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall 73, I was away from the Capitol
due to prior commitments to my constituents. Had I been present, I
would have voted ``yea.''
personal explanation
Mr. JOHNSON of Illinois. Mr. Speaker, on Monday, February 27, 2012 I
had a previously scheduled meeting with constituents in Urbana,
Illinois. As a result, I am unable to attend votes. Had I been present,
I would have voted ``aye'' on the Senate Amendments to H.R. 347, the
Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011.
