                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

  Mr. FRANKEN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that morning 
business be extended until 6 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak 
therein for up to 10 minutes each with the Republicans controlling the 
time from 4 to 5 p.m. and the majority controlling the time from 5 to 6 
p.m.; further, that the majority leader be recognized at 6 p.m.
