  Mr. REID. Mr. President, S. 2064 is at the desk and due for a second 
reading.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The clerk will read the bill by 
title for the second time.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 2064) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 
     to terminate certain energy tax subsidies and lower the 
     corporate income tax rate.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I object to further proceedings on this bill 
at this time.
  The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Objection having been heard, the 
matter will be placed on the calendar.
