  Mrs. GILLIBRAND. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Environment and Public Works be discharged from further 
consideration of H.R. 588, and the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 588) to redesignate the Noxubee National 
     Wildlife Refuge as the Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National 
     Wildlife Refuge.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
