                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following leader remarks, the Senate will be 
in a period of morning business until 4:30 p.m. this afternoon. 
Senators will be allowed to speak for up to 10 minutes each. Following 
morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the STOCK 
Act. At 5:30 p.m. there will be a rollcall vote on the motion to invoke 
cloture on the motion to proceed to the STOCK Act.
