          REMOVAL OF NAME OF MEMBER AS COSPONSOR OF H.R. 3609

  Mr. LANKFORD. Mr. Speaker, due to a clerical error, I ask that the 
name of the gentleman from Michigan, Justin Amash, be removed as a 
cosponsor from H.R. 3609.
