CORRECTING THE ENROLLMENT OF H.R. 3672
The SPEAKER. Without objection, 5-minute voting will continue.

The SPEAKER. The unfinished business is the vote on adoption of the
concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 94) directing the Clerk of the
House of Representatives to make corrections in the enrollment of H.R.
3672, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

due to prior commitments to my constituents. Had I been present, I
would have voted ``nay.''
Mrs. NAPOLITANO. Mr. Speaker, on Friday, December 16th, 2011, I was
absent during rollcall vote No. 942 in order to attend an important
event in my district. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on
H. Con. Res. 94--Directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to
make corrections in the enrollment of H.R. 3671.
