CONFERENCE REPORT ON H.R. 2055, CONSOLIDATED APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2012
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the question on
adoption of the conference report on the bill (H.R. 2055) making
appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans
Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30,
2012, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

changed their vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So the conference report was agreed to.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

Mr. CASSIDY. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 941 I was unavoidably
detained.

Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea.''
Mr. CARSON of Indiana. Mr. Speaker, on December 16, 2011, I missed
rollcall vote 941. I was detained because of physical illness and could
not make it to the floor. Had I been present, I would have voted
``yea'' on rollcall 941.
Stated against:
Mr. FILNER. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall 941, I was away from the Capitol
due to prior commitments to my constituents. Had I been present, I
would have voted ``nay.''
Mrs. NAPOLITANO. Mr. Speaker, on Friday, December 16th, 2011, I was
absent during rollcall vote No. 941 in order to attend an important
event in my district. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on
Adoption of the Conference Report on H.R. 2055--Consolidated
Appropriations Act.
