ORDERS FOR FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2011
Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., on
Friday, December 16, 2011; that following the prayer and pledge, the
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed
expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in
morning business until 12 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak
therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the first hour equally divided
and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with the
majority controlling the first 30 minutes and the Republicans
controlling the next 30 minutes.
