        U.S. POSTAL SERVICE BREAST CANCER RESEARCH AUTHORITY ACT

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate now 
proceed to the consideration of Calendar No. 239, S. 384.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 384) to amend title 39, United States Code, to 
     extend the authority of the United States Postal Service to 
     issue a semipostal to raise funds for breast cancer research.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
read a third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the 
table with no intervening action or debate, and any related statements 
be printed in the Record.

  The bill (S. 384) was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading, 
was read the third time, and passed, as follows:

       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 
     the United States of America in Congress assembled,

     SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF POSTAGE STAMP FOR BREAST CANCER 
                   RESEARCH.

       Section 414(h) of title 39, United States Code, is amended 
     by striking ``2011'' and inserting ``2015''.
