                            MORNING BUSINESS

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senate will now proceed to a period of 
morning business for the duration of 1 hour.
  Mr. LIEBERMAN. Mr. President, I suggest the absence of a quorum.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll.
  The assistant bill clerk proceeded to call the roll.
  Mr. GRAHAM. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the order for 
the quorum call be rescinded.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. GRAHAM. I would ask to be notified when 10 minutes is up.
