                ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2011

  Mr. BROWN of Ohio. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when 
the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m., on 
Wednesday, November 30, 2011; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed 
expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business until 10:30 a.m., with Senators permitted to 
speak therein for up to 10 minutes each, with the time equally divided 
and controlled between the two leaders or their designees; that 
following morning business, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1867, 
the Department of Defense authorization act, with the time until 11 
a.m. equally divided and controlled between Senator Levin and Senator 
McCain or their designees; further, that upon the use or yielding back 
of time, the mandatory quorum under rule XXII be waived, the Senate 
vote on the motion to invoke cloture on S. 1867; finally, that the 
second-degree filing deadline for amendments to S. 1867 be 10:30 a.m. 
on Wednesday.
