Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate
completes its business today, it adjourn until 11 a.m., on Tuesday,
November 22, 2011, for a pro forma session only, with no business
conducted; that following the pro forma session, the Senate adjourn
until 10:30 a.m., on Friday, November 25, 2011, for a pro forma session
only, with no business conducted; that following the pro forma session,
the Senate adjourn until 1 p.m., on Monday, November 28, 2011; that
following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved
to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, and the time for the two
leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; that following any
leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration of S. 1867, the
Department of Defense bill, and that at 5 p.m. the Senate proceed to
executive session, as indicated under the previous order.
