                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. DURBIN. Madam President, following leader remarks, the Senate 
will be in morning business for 70 minutes, with the Republicans 
controlling the first 40 minutes and the majority controlling the final 
30 minutes. Following morning business, the Senate will consider the 
motion to proceed to S.J. Res. 6, regarding net neutrality, with up to 
4 hours of debate. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate 
will resume debate on H.R. 674, the 3% Withholding Repeal and Job 
Creation Act with the veterans jobs amendment.
  Madam President, I suggest the absence of a quorum.
