                                SCHEDULE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following leader remarks, the Senate will be 
in a period of morning business until 5 p.m., with Senators permitted 
to speak for up to 10 minutes each.
  Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of 
H.R. 674. At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on the 
motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to that matter.
