ORDERS FOR MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2011
Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, the Senate adjourn until 2 p.m.,
Monday, November 7, 2011; that following the prayer and pledge, the
Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed
expired, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate will be
in a period of morning business until 5 p.m., with Senators permitted
to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; that following morning
business, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed
to H.R. 674, the 3 Percent Withholding Repeal and Job Creation Act,
with 30 minutes of debate, equally divided and controlled between
Senators Baucus and Hatch or their designees; further, that the cloture
vote with respect to the motion to proceed to H.R. 674 occur at 5:30
p.m., on Monday, November 7, 2011.
