  Mr. COURTNEY. Mr. Speaker, I regret that I was unable to attend votes 
on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 as I was attending to needs

in my district resulting from the unprecedented snow storm that hit 
Connecticut this past weekend. Had I been present, I would have voted 
``yea'' on rollcall 816, reaffirming ``In God We Trust'' as the 
official motto of the United States, and ``yea'' on rollcall vote 817, 
on passage of the Kate Puzey Peace Corps Volunteer Protection Act of 
2011.
