                           EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to executive session to consider nominations numbered 412 and 414; that 
the nominations be confirmed en bloc, the motions to reconsider be 
considered made and laid upon the table, there be no intervening action 
or debate; that no further motions be in order to any of the 
nominations; that any related statements be printed in the Record; that 
the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action, and the 
Senate then resume legislative session.

  The nominations considered and confirmed en bloc are as follows:

       Patricia M. Loui, of Hawaii, to be a Member of the Board of 
     Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States for 
     a term expiring January 20, 2015.
       Larry W. Walther, of Arkansas, to be a Member of the Board 
     of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States 
     for a term expiring January 20, 2013.
