                  ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2011

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate

completes its business today, the Senate adjourn until 10 a.m. on 
Tuesday, November 1; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume consideration 
of H.R. 2112, the Agriculture, CJS, and Transportation appropriations 
bill, under the previous order; and that following disposition of H.R. 
2112, the Senate be in a period of morning business until 4:30, with 
Senators permitted to speak for up to 10 minutes each; further, that 
the Senate recess from 12:30 to 2:15 for our weekly caucus meetings.
